Licensed clinicians provide all medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and any prescribing decisions. These clinicians are independent professionals who work with the provider groups listed below. They make their own medical decisions, and they decide whether any treatment is right for you.
Telegra MD LLC provides the telehealth technology platform and administrative and care coordination services. Telegra is not a medical group and does not practice medicine.

States we serve
Telegra MD reports that its affiliated provider network serves patients in all 50 U.S. states. That does not mean every Sage Matters service or treatment is available in every state.
Whether a specific service or treatment is available to you depends on
- the state where you are located when you receive care,
- whether a clinician licensed in that state is available,
- whether a licensed pharmacy can lawfully ship the item to your state, and
- whether the product is available.
No one qualifies for a treatment automatically. A licensed clinician decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.
